BestStart Nottingham Avenue provides a warm, nurturing environment for children aged three months to six years. Our centre consists of three age-appropriate classrooms across two converted houses, each with its own garden and playground. This setup encourages natural connections between children throughout the day.

About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will be a high-impact leader, reporting to an Area Manager. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and drive positive learning outcomes for children. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
Permanent, full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
What We’re Looking For:
- BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification
- Strong knowledge of child-led curriculum and Te Whāriki
- Understanding of ECE regulations and compliance
- Leadership experience in ECE
- Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in practice
- Coaching and mentoring skills to develop your team
- Innovative approach to problem-solving and efficiency
