Operations Supervisor

Are you passionate about providing excellent service, which makes a positive difference to your team and your customers?

The OS is responsible for managing the planning and assembly process for the efficient and timely supply of displays and compliant product. The OS is responsible for the timely resolution of service and warranty claims including recording details in the warranty CRM system. The OS is also responsible for the process and actions to assess, repair, and test electrical and other product returns.

Knowledge and Qualification required

  • Electrical or electronics qualification/experience
  • Plumbing knowledge beneficial
  • EST qualified
  • (Relevant) NZ Standard familiarity
  • Forklift licence
  • Best practice operation of light machinery
  • MPI AP
  • Excel intermediate skills


Skills and Experience

  • Organised, Logical. Systematic
  • Electrical product assembly
  • Product QA process
  • Ability to follow instructions and forward plans and identify potential issues.
  • Accurate
  • Good numeracy
  • Good written skills
  • Good verbal communication skills

  • Electrical assembly/manufacture
  • Product QA and fault diagnosis
  • Light manufacturing and assembly
  • Multitask/process environment.
  • Warehouse and inventory management experience beneficial
