We're looking for an Operations Analyst to join the tight-knit, friendly team.
Working within a small team, you will be able to further develop your investment operations and data management skills, with lots of scope to grow.
About the Role
You’ll ensure smooth investment operations and support decision-making through:
- Cash & FX Management – Oversee cash management and monitor FX exposure for the funds.
- Data & Reporting – Ensure data integrity in the Investment Data Management platform and prepare reports for senior management and the investment team.
- Portfolio Analytics & Compliance – Handle portfolio analytics, respond to macro data requests, and distribute liquidity checks to ensure SIPO compliance.
- Operations & Corporate Actions – Reconcile trades, manage corporate actions, and oversee front-to-back office data alignment.
- Process Improvement & Systems Expertise – Drive automation, champion best practices in data management, and act as a super user for key investment tools.
Key to Success in the Role
Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 years in funds management or KiwiSaver operations.
- Strong Excel skills are essential; SQL, Power BI, and Salesforce experience a plus.
- Knowledge of asset classes, trading, and settlement processes.
- Understanding of managed funds/KiwiSaver products and regulations.
- Experience in cash management, including FX for settlements.
