What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
We’re on the lookout for Workforce Planner to join our team in Penrose. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and managing staffing resources to ensure our contact centre runs smoothly and hits its service targets. You’ll play a key part in making sure we have the right people in the right places, balancing business needs with employee needs to ensure great customer service delivery.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Identify and analyse factors that may impact workload, assessing their effects on service levels and operational efficiency.
- Log and track relevant employee information, including sick leave and other incidents, using the appropriate incident logging tools or applications.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, optimize technical applications, and support resource and training.
- Publish rosters and schedules inclusive of break times and leave calendars within agreed timeframes.
- Provide back up and support to payroll
About You | Mōu
You’ve either worked in a similar role or are eager to develop your skills further. You’ll bring strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills and also ready to step in and take on administrative duties when needed, while supporting the wider team.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience using workforce management tools (e.g., Verint) and telephony systems (e.g., Avaya) is a bonus
- Strong ability to build relationships with both internal teams and external customers
- A positive, can-do attitude with a high level of professionalism
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
