This leading volume dealership is looking to employ a Finance and Insurance Business Manager. This is a professional showroom with high performing staff that are well respected within the dealership.

Located in a commanding Wellington position, this company is known for its history of successful finance and insurance sales and achieving the set out KPI's. They provide exceptional service to their customers at all levels of business. From sales to servicing, they aim to give their customers the best experience possible.


The role and the skills sought
This role is busy and will have you thinking on your feet and is not for the faint-hearted. If you like being busy and getting rewarded for your efforts, then keep reading.

To secure this role you will need to have previously sold finance and insurance in a franchise dealership environment. You will also need to have positive references as well as proven success in your role.

The role represents the peak level obtained in this category of employment and the environment is corporate where the finance and insurance personnel are highly regarded and respected. As such, your personal presentation, communication, and professionalism will need to be top class.

Superior finance penetration statistics both in finance and associated insurance products such as PPI, GAP, and aftercare are required to secure this role.
