Would you like to join our amazing team at Newmarket? We are seeking a passionate Skin & Body Therapist to help drive business growth, sales and ensure operational excellence.

We value passionate people who genuinely enjoy helping others find their confidence.

We have 2 positions available - one Full-time and one Part-time 15-25 hrs per week. Both positions require availability to work one evening and Saturdays.

THE ROLE

Perform client treatments with state of the art, medical grade technology.
Conduct client consultations and prescribe treatment plans
Provide guidance to clients on their treatments, home care and after care
Develop amazing relationships with the clients
Achieve KPI targets which ensure the clients are receiving the complete service and experience they deserve
Compliance of policies and procedures, operational standards and performance of the clinic
Support the execution and success of company initiatives, directives and process improvements
Embody company values, team vibe and brand ethos
Ensure the clinic aesthetics continually meets the company’s expectations and safety standards

SKILLS REQUIRED

Qualifications: Minimum Cert IV or equivalent in Beauty / Nutrition / Nursing / Fitness / Naturopathy / Health Science / Dermal (preferred but not essential)

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and treatment techniques, staying up-to-date with industry advancements to deliver cutting-edge services to clients.

Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing for clear and concise interactions with clients and team members

Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service, understanding and catering to the needs of clients.

Sales: Proven track record in sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, promote services effectively, and achieve sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.


Backgrounds in health science, beauty, nutrition, nursing, childcare, fitness, and retail are desirable, but not a prerequisite.


Hard Skills Required
