The Role

We are looking for a passionate National Business Development Manager to join our National Sales team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager – Business Development, you are an experienced sales hunter who will be focussed on winning new business, lead tracking and follow up and providing solutions for our future customers’ courier needs. You are highly driven to deliver for customers and are a team player.

This role is based in our Head Office in Penrose, working standard business hours, Monday to Friday.

  • You’ll bring your energy and natural relationship skills to this role, to ensure that you build relationships and your network fast to secure new business.
  • Your customer-centric and solutions-focused attitude to your customers and the business will ensure your success in this fast-paced role.

  • Your ability to build rapport and relationships will be your strength.
  • Effective communication skills, with the proven ability to build rapport quickly both internally and externally.
  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.


A strong personal and work ethic is essential, and you’ll operate according to the importance of giving your word to your customers and making them and their needs your priority. Additionally, you are a self-motivated individual, who is willing to provide mentorship and leadership to business representatives.
