Our Employment Team

Our specialist employment law team is a close-knit, enthusiastic group, focused on technical excellence and delivering great results for clients. We have team members based in Wellington and Auckland, operating as a single national team, along with new offices in Christchurch. Our clients include leading New Zealand businesses, government departments and agencies, and large multi-national companies.
Our team advises on the full ambit of employment and workplace law, including;

  • Employee relations
  • Employment litigation
  • Reorganisations and the personnel aspects of corporate transactions
  • Union and collective bargaining issues
  • Investigations
  • Health and safety
  • International and cross-border employment



About you

  • You will have 3 to 7 years’ post-qualification experience and a passion for employment law
  • You must have the ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing and fun national team
