Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for maximising revenue? Do you have a proven track record in revenue management for large-scale hotels in Auckland? If so, we want you to join our team at Millennium Hotels & Resorts NZ as our next Revenue Manager.

About the Role
As a Revenue Manager, you will play a vital role in driving strategic revenue decisions and contributing to the success of our Auckland hotels, ensuring we meet and exceed our financial goals. Working closely with the Director of Revenue & Distribution, you will guide, analyse, and optimise revenue-generating activities while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue opportunities across rooms, conferences, and food & beverage.
  • Analyse market trends, STR data, and competitor strategies to inform pricing and distribution decisions.
  • Manage inventory and pricing strategies across all distribution channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs).
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with General Managers, hotel teams, and external partners.


About You
We are seeking someone with:

  • Extensive experience in revenue management for large hotels in Auckland.
  • A strong understanding of market mixes, pricing strategies, and channel management.
  • Proficiency in using revenue management systems such as Opera, IDeaS, and STR Global.
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Expertise in interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and capitalising on opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
