About the Role

Based at our Tauranga branch, the Customer Services Officer takes calls and answers emails in support of our customers checking in on their parcel deliveries. As part of a team well-versed in service excellence, you’ll also collaborate with our operations team and courier drivers in locating parcels, working towards the shared goal of ensuring customers’ freight is getting where it needs to be.

This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday during standard business hours.

Key responsibilities include

  • Overseeing reception counter and responding to visiting customers
  • Handling customer queries via phone and email
  • Data entry and processing of misdirected/undeliverable freight – change to any relevant/specific duty involved
  • Assisting in operational and admin duties as required (parcel sorting, scanning etc.)


About you

  • You have proven success in creating positive customer experiences
  • Demonstrable data entry skills and competency with MS Office Suite
  • You can bring transferable service skills to the fast-paced logistics industry
  • Team player who has a strong desire to make a real difference
