Job Description

Have a head for logistics and on-point communication skills? We are looking for the ultimate multi-tasker to provide support to the Whakatipu Transport Manager in the day-to-day operational activity for our Coach operations to our Milford & Doubtful Sound, Rafting and Mountains experiences. Ensuring we continuously delivering the magic we are known for to our guests.

Responsibilities include rostering the teams and ensuring timetables and schedules are operated effectively as well as undertaking on-call duties to support the Whakatipu Transport Manager with any operational challenges or queries.

To succeed in this role, you will be 100% safety focused and passionate about creating a culture where every guest leaves with a great story to tell. Your impressive logistical talents, strong administration capability and excellent communication skills will result in happy drivers set up to deliver seamless and exceptional experience to all our guests.



What are we looking for?

  • Experience with operations, rostering and office administration
  • Proven communication skills - both face to face and remotely
  • Someone solutions focused with the ability to make good decisions
  • Experience using multiple systems with an aptitude for technology
  • Weekend work required
  • An understanding of Land Transport Compliance or experience in transport logistics will definitely be a bonus!
