We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team in the dynamic role of Duty Manager, at Copthorne Hotel Rotorua.

About the role:

As a Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in the overall operations of the Front Desk, while liaising with all hotel outlets to ensure a smooth and, efficient service for all guests. Maintaining a focused & high level of customer service is paramount.

Pride yourself on your excellent communication skills, staying calm under pressure, and solving problems effectively. Guest comfort and safety are our top priorities, as is promoting outstanding service experiences at all times.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year of hotel front office experience, 2 years of hotel (or similar) experience.
  • Management or supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • LCQ, GM, and First Aid Certificates are recommended.


Details:

  • Part-time position, 30 hours per week
  • Must be available for weekend and evening shifts
  • Competitive pay range of $28 - $30 per hour
