Te tūranga | The role:

As a Business Banking Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing frontline service to a portfolio of high value Small and Medium sized Business customers and assist with their day-to-day banking requirements. As crucial first line support, you will prepare credit submissions for new and existing clients, as well as review and manage on-going business.

To be successful in this role you will use your sound business lending, account management and analytical skills coupled with exceptional relationship skills and the desire to consistently deliver over and above service to your clients. You'll constantly look for new ways to enhance the relationship with your clients and make their banking easier for them.

This is a permanent position based in Sylvia Park.

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, relationship-focused and driven, who has the ability to communicate and negotiate successfully while building and maintaining key relationships with clients.

Your communication skills will be essential for effectively managing relationships with customers, which will go hand in hand with your strong customer focus, and attention to detail. Business banking experience and strong lending skills are fundamental.

This role is ideal for someone looking to be more involved and focused on relationship management and growing a career within the Business Banking environment.
