Job Description

Diversity is at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for passionate drivers to join our team for the summer season. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty of Fiordland and beyond, while working with a company that celebrates variety and adventure.

What your summer could look like: On your 4-day roster, you'll be driving luxury touring coaches into the stunning Fiordland and transporting thrill-seekers through the renowned Skippers Canyon. With an average workweek of 45 hours over 4 days, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy your days off exploring or relaxing.

Please note that we have fixed term and permanent opportunities available.

What we're looking for:

  • Class 2 licence is required
  • Passenger Endorsement
  • Snow experience preferred

What's in it for you?

  • Variety: No two days are the same, with a chance to work across different areas of our business.
  • Full-time, guaranteed hours
  • Get ready for some exciting perks! Enjoy RealNZ's adventures, from jet boating and rafting to the Te Anau Glowworm Caves and cruises in Milford and Doubtful Sound - all at unbeatable staff rates, or even free on select experiences.
  • Permanent opportunity for the right experience

Real people, real places, real experiences. Welcome to RealNZ.

When's the best time to join the Real whānau? Now's good.

We're the conservation business that's enabled by tourism. We're helping the world, one guest at a time, fall in love with conservation. We're inspiring people to leave their places in better conditions than when they found them. We channel a guest-centric approach that fuels our genuine promise to deliver Aotearoa's most unforgettable experiences.

It's our workplace environment that makes careers at RealNZ more exciting than the regular job. Working for Real could mean you're based anywhere between a secluded island, a scenic fiord, and a snow-capped maunga. Our people, places, and workdays are a great and diverse mixture. It keeps us on our toes and adds value and passion to our work.
