About the role

We're looking for casual cleaning staff to join our awesome teams on site in supporting with the general day to day cleaning of our villages and care homes. Ensuring they are sparkling' and 'gleaming' with cleanliness is a very important part of the appeal of our Villages for residents, guests and staff. This is a great role offering variety in location and work. This opportunity would be perfect for someone who is hands on, loves keeping things tidy, enjoys physical work, and gets satisfaction from improving our living spaces for our residents.

As these are casual employment opportunities, these roles are ideal if you want some work over the holiday period, want some extra money without the permanent hours or want to have a go at a different role earning while you learn! This could be great for someone located or easily accessible to the area by car or public transport.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

  • Cleaning common areas
  • Cleaning individual units to a high standard
  • Dealing with residents and other staff
  • Maintaining Health & Safety standards


About you

  • You'll be someone who takes pride in completing tasks to a high standard. We'll help you towards a career in the right direction.
  • Experience in cleaning and/or Laundry is beneficial
  • Have a positive outlook and be open to learning
  • Empathy, patience and willingness to deliver an outstanding service for our residents
  • You'll work unsupervised and be a strong team player
