Casual Salesforce Knowledge Administrator – in Global Customer Experience (CEX)
- 6x Casual positions for 7 weeks of work
- Expected starting 10 February 2025 through until expected end date: 31 March 2025
- Ideal for students, grads or administrators
- Hourly rate $23.15 plus 8% holiday pay
- Work from home in Auckland
The opportunity
We are embarking on a mass content migration project, moving technical content from one system to Salesforce Knowledge in the form of Knowledge articles. These casual roles will support the migration process by completing some manual steps to finalize the creation of Knowledge articles (housing of this content). These are important roles as we need to ensure our customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information. Given the large volume of content to be migrated, the process will be a bit repetitive but crucial.
What will I be doing?
- Participate actively in the technical content migration project.
- Complete manual steps required to finalize Salesforce Knowledge articles.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in the newly created Knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth execution of the migration process.
- System you will be using - Salesforce Knowledge
Ideal Skills and Experience you should have:
- Basic level of computer competency.
- Attention to Detail: Possess excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
- Accuracy: Exhibit exceptional precision with an eye for detail.
- Initiative and self-management: Maintain productivity and focus under stress.
