A leading provider of building maintenance services in Wellington are seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a 1 year fixed term to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will be responsible for managing service requests, coordinating field personnel, and overseeing both day-to-day maintenance and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for service requests and dispatch technicians accordingly.
Monitor and prioritise workloads to ensure maximum productivity.
Oversee invoicing, job progress reporting, and PPM scheduling.
Maintain accurate records for job completion, service reports, and client communication.
Ensure high-quality service delivery to meet client expectations.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Experience with service management software (simPRO experience is a plus).
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a "can-do" attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
