We are seeking a talented Senior Chef de Partie to bring their passion for food, precision, and innovation to our acclaimed restaurant.

What you will do:

  • Prepare, cook, and present exquisite dishes that enhance our reputation for quality dining.
  • Contribute fresh and seasonal ideas to our evolving menus.
  • Uphold exceptional hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with the Food Control Plan.
  • Mentor and inspire junior chefs in a positive and dynamic kitchen environment.
  • Work closely with the wider hospitality team to create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally in a high-end restaurant or 4 or 5-star hotel restaurant setting.
  • Strong technical culinary skills with a keen eye for presentation and flavour balance.
  • Passion for working with high-quality ingredients and crafting exceptional cuisine.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and consistency.
  • Knowledge of food cost control, health and safety regulations, and efficient kitchen operations.
  • A natural born leader who is committed to leading and mentoring junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive kitchen environment.
