About the Role
Ventia is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join our awesome team in Auckland. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will provide first point of communication with Ventia’s customers and subcontractors to deliver a timely, facilities management service. The role provides the ‘front door’ of Ventia and requires a calm, professional approach to ensure that work is managed in accordance with a range of demanding priority levels.
**This role is a Fixed Term Contract (Starting 13 January 2025 till 1 August 2025)**
Ventia operates two shifts between 7am to 7pm and you will have the opportunity to work flexibly between the shifts, working together with the other team members to ensure the operations window is covered.
About You
The ideal candidate will be someone who has a good understanding of facilities maintenance services as well as someone who can work with a variety of stakeholders and is able to problem solve and prioritize work accordingly. You will need to be good with managing multiple systems at the same time and be able to learn new things or pick up new tasks quickly. The ability to work in a team environment as well as flexibility around changing work priorities will be key to your success in this role.
A professional warm friendly telephone manner with the ability to speak with clarity and confidence
Strong problem solving and decision-making ability
Able to interpret and present written information, demonstrating fluent written and verbal English
Excellent customer service skills with the client, team members and external customers
3 years previous work experience in a services help desk environment
Proficient in MS windows including Outlook and Excel
