About the Role:
This is a permanent position working 40 hours Monday-Friday
You will be working alongside our toddlers in a spacious environment, both inside and out. We have an awesome bike track, that our tamariki love to ride on. The toddler environment is always busy and full of energy and fun. Messy play and construction are a big part of our day. Our outdoor space has plenty of room for the tamariki to challenge themselves physically and to interact with the natural environment.
Role requirements:
We're looking for a natural leader who shares our values and vision who has a good understanding of programme planning and assessment as well as a drive and passion for growth.
As well as:
B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teacher Certification
A strong understanding of programme planning, pedagogy and curriculum
Good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
