He angitūtanga: The opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Senior Performance Analyst to join our team within the newly formed Group Shared Services (GSS) directorate, providing great opportunity! This role will require complex modelling skills and an advanced level of questioning, communication, and trend analysis to provide trusted advice to influence business decisions.
You will provide effective and efficient reporting and analytical solutions, including the design and build of qualitative and quantitative reports, analysis, insight, interpretation, and recommendations to help drive improvement in service delivery and achieve excellence in Customer Experience & Digital Services and across all units and the department.
In this role, you will be mentoring, coaching, and training team members and staff within the department to improve their knowledge of reporting, analytics, and business information.

He kōrero mōu: About you
As an integral part of a team that designs, builds, and maintains automated reporting solutions to meet future business needs, we are looking for someone with:
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in reporting and analysing customer-driven data or large datasets.
• Advanced level of ability across Microsoft applications, including Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, Power Apps, Business Objects, Word, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proven experience in successfully communicating technical detail (both written and verbal) using a range of methods to suit different audiences.
• Proven experience in establishing business relationships and working with key stakeholders.
• Self-managing and able to quickly adapt in a constantly changing environment with multiple priorities (highly regarded)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Math and Statistics (preferred)
