About the Role

We're searching for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Entry Level Junior Audio Visual Technician to join our Auckland team! This role provides a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in the exciting world of AV technology. You'll be working alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in the installation, support, and maintenance of state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment. This is your chance to learn from the best and contribute to delivering exceptional AV solutions to our diverse clientele.

The Role Will Involve

  • Assisting senior technicians with the installation and setup of audio-visual equipment in various settings (schools, offices, etc.) 🛠️
  • Learning about and troubleshooting common AV equipment issues 💡
  • Cable management and organization 🔌
  • Maintaining inventory and equipment records 🗂️
  • Providing excellent customer service and support 🤝
  • Participating in on-the-job training and professional development opportunities 🎓
  • Assisting with project preparation and site surveys 🗺️
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations 🦺

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • A strong interest in audio-visual technology and a willingness to learn 👍
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail 🔎
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team teamwork 💪
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite 🖱️
  • A valid driver's license is preferred 🚗
