Z are currently looking for full time Customer Service Representatives / Baristas to join our team.

We have a variety of days / shifts available across our sites in Marlborough (Z Picton, Z Grove Road, Z Springlands and Z Redwood), so it is preferable that you are able and willing to travel between sites as required.

There are also night shift opportunities available at our Z Picton and Z Grove Road sites (working 10:00pm - 7:00am).

You will be responsible for delivering a fantastic customer experience at the counter, and in the food and coffee zone of our sites, ensuring excellent operational standards are achieved in coffee making technique, food handling and preparation, and customer service.

The CSR must ensure excellent standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and product quality are maintained. In addition, the CSR must complete all tasks to the stated Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) policies and Food Safety Standards.

You are adaptable and able to deal with challenging customers in a manner which is friendly, welcoming, and efficient. You are a self-starter and proactive in completing tasks prescribed to you, as well as other tasks you actively seek out. You are well groomed, presentable, and team orientated.
