As we continue this growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Lead – Change Management to join our team.   

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

In this newly created role you’ll be establishing and driving best-practice change management capabilities across the organisation. This role involves providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to your expert change management team, ensuring a high-performing team that consistently delivers value. You’ll collaborate with other practice leads and cross-functional teams to align resources, share best practices, and ensure the effective application of change management frameworks and processes. Focusing on continuous improvement, the Practice Lead will monitor performance, reduce inefficiencies, and proactively identify opportunities for growth.

About You | Mōu

Key to your success in this role is your significant coaching experience across all levels of an organisation, including senior leaders. You will be skilled in agile methodologies, cross-functional teamwork, and business agility models, with a strong ability to facilitate, mentor, and develop teams. You’ll have experience as a practice coach at a multi-team level, successfully guiding both new and experienced teams to apply best practices and build high-performing, self-organising teams and SAFe (or similar) accreditation will being highly desirable.
