Job Description

Albany Village Bridgestone is located in the charming "Old Albany Village" and operates as part of the Albany Toyota Group. We are proud to provide top-quality tyre services and exceptional customer care, supported by a friendly and skilled team.

We are seeking an experienced Tyre Manager or an experienced and motivated Tyre Fitter ready to take the next step in their career to lead a small, dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a deep understanding of the tyre industry.

As the Tyre Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch service delivery, and drive business growth. You’ll work closely with customers, lead your team, and contribute to the ongoing success of Albany Village Bridgestone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customers’ tyre requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Perform tyre fitting, balancing, and wheel alignments.
  • Address and resolve wheel/tyre-related issues efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage sales, inventory levels, ordering, and stock control.
  • Lead and motivate a small team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Report directly to the CEO.


We are looking for someone who brings:

  • A full, clean driver’s license (including the ability to drive manual vehicles).
  • Must be able to work rostered Saturdays.
  • Proven experience in the tyre or automotive industry (management experience is highly desirable, but we welcome applications from experienced and motivated Tyre Fitters ready to advance their career).
  • A customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to health and safety in the workplace.
  • Good computer literacy and familiarity with workshop systems.
