This is an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Lead to join our Customer, Product & Services team. The role will focus on collaboration with key stakeholders (Customer facing business units, Operations, Customer Product & Services, Risk and Technology) to understand the problem or opportunity to hand, and agree on the desired outcomes, determine solution options, and then facilitate decision making.

This is a hybrid role with three days in the office.
