About the Role This multifaceted role is central to the smooth running of their Auckland office and facilities. Key responsibilities include:
Maintain a professional environment, manage visitor safety briefings, contractor inductions, and meeting room bookings
Assist the Factory Leadership Team with meeting schedules, correspondence, and distribution of communications
Stock consumables for office, kitchen, and factory spaces, and oversee the admin budget
Organise staff events and travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation
HR & Onboarding Assistance
Maintain administrative systems, manage credit card allocations, and oversee archiving systems
Assisting with Ad-Hoc Projects

Skills and Experience To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Experience in office or facilities management.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach with problem-solving abilities.
