Receptionist We are on the hunt for a part-time remote receptionist to work for a small family-owned manufacturing company, who are based in the Selwyn district. This is an exciting opportunity which will start in 2025.
Hours of work: This is a part time position, (Monday to Friday 10.00am to 2.00pm)
Key Responsibilities:
Answering customer phone calls
Booking in jobs for the technicians (Using Tradify system)
Manage and respond to general email enquiries
Provide excellent customer service to customers and clients
Requirements for this role:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Ability to work independently, as this is a remote role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Clean criminal record
