We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Personal Assistants and Executive Assistants. We’d love to hear from those with plenty of drive and personality who are looking to move their career in an upwards direction, as well as EA’s who have proven experience supporting senior management.
Day today responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Email management – identifying key issues to bring to your manager’s attention
- Preparing documentation – ensuring your manager is well informed and equipped with the appropriate information prior to meetings
- Travel and accommodation booking
- Meeting coordination - booking meeting rooms or off-site venues, catering, equipment, sending calendar invites
- Processing invoices and expenses
- General office administration tasks – ordering stationery, filing and scanning documents, making presentations
About you:
- Relevant experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organisation and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
