Description
We are seeking a hands-on practical individual who would be happy to join a small team and assist with the day to day up keep of residential and commercial premises around the Southland district. This work will involve a combination of building maintenance, minor plumbing works and lawns and maintenance.
Days and Hours
Working Monday to Friday generally from 8am to 5pm
Skills and Experience
You will be someone who has 3 + years of handy person experience primarily in the building sector, you don't have to be Trade Qualified but someone who is practical, able to think on their feet, able to come up with solutions and manage multiple jobs at once.
You will be someone who enjoys dealing with home owners, business's and are happy to turn their hand to lawn mowing duties and outside maintenance of property's also.
This is a physical position so a good level of fitness is required.
To be successful you will need to undertake a pre-employment drug test and be conviction free.
