Job Description

The Company

  • Is a well established company that specialises in subdivision 
project management across Auckland.
  • Their services include topographical surveying, resource consents, civil engineering, subdivisions, project management and construction.


Recent projects have included:

  • Auckland Zoo
  • Snow Planet
  • Small, medium and large subdivisions
  • Piha Surf Club
  • Britomart


The Role

  • Work independently in the NZ survey environment
  • Complete Cadastral survey, topographic survey, land transfer, set-outs etc.
  • Complete survey processing and calculations
  • Complete LINZ / council searches


About You

  • NZ Licensed Cadastral Surveyor
  • Land Development background with a variety of client and work types
  • 12D and Land-On-Line experience and skill set
