SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role in a managed service provider (MSP) environment.
Strong technical skills in areas like Windows Server, Networking, Azure (VMs, virtual networking, WVD, Azure AD, PaaS), Microsoft 365, security tools, and IT support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
A passion for learning and staying updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a sense of humour
