Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Volunteer Business Development and Sales Advisor. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in business development and sales to make a meaningful impact, support our mission, and build lasting connections within the community.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our team to develop and execute strategic business plans aimed at expanding our reach and impact.
Identify opportunities to build relationships with key stakeholders and establish partnerships.
Provide insights into market dynamics, client needs, and competitive trends to shape our strategy.
Mentor team members on sales techniques, client engagement, and relationship management.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred but not required for volunteering).

Experience:
Minimum of 4 years in business development or sales with a proven track record of success.
Established network of industry contacts and experience in various market sectors.

Skills:
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
