With a growing portfolio of premium commercial properties and spaces across greater Christchurch, we're looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our high-performing team. You'll be working alongside a close-knit group of professionals, including in-house accounts and administrative support, as well as our expert commercial sales and leasing specialists.
What we're looking for:
You'll thrive in this role if you bring proven experience in Commercial Property Management or Body Corporate Management and are ready to hit the ground running.
You'll also bring:
Proficiency with property management software and reporting tools
Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service
Confidence dealing with people at all levels - you're approachable and solutions-focused
High-level self-management and an eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Top-tier organisational skills and time management
Full New Zealand residency and a current driver's licence
