About the role:
You will use your customer service skills to provide efficient and quality communication via inbound, outbound, and electronic communication. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll need to provide updates and troubleshoot issues with a customer service focus. With the support of your team leader, you’ll be working with high a high volume of calls. This role is on a rotating roster so weekend availability is a must.

To be successful in this role you will need:
Minimum 1 year of Contact Centre experience
Great attitude with a willingness to learn
Strong written and verbal and communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships with a variety of customers
