Construction Manager Energy Jobs in New Zealand

• Permanent, full time role in our Invercargill office
• 80 hours per fortnight, including 1 weekend Sat/Sun working 8am-5pm
• Starting salary from $23.84 per hour

Mō te tūnga | About the role

We are looking for an organised, adaptable individual to join our team as a Schedule Coordinator who can also provide administrative support to the wider team. (Dual role)

As a Schedule Coordinator you'll be responsible for cultivating strong and trusting relationships with Support Workers and their managers (Service Managers). You'll be in frequent phone communication with Support Workers, managing advance rosters, and handling short-notice sick leave requirements. This crucial coordination is instrumental in guaranteeing uninterrupted services for the individuals we support, even in the face of unforeseen challenges.

Your responsibilities will also span a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing accounts payable, and performing general reception duties as needed.



Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring

• Previous scheduling or rostering experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills and clear communication (verbal and written).
• Experience with Conflict Management and the ability to reach an outcome quickly.
• Experience working within a variable environment and the ability to prioritise to achieve desired outcomes.
• Confidence with computer systems including Microsoft Office suite, and the aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
