Are you an experience customer service superstar dealing with VIP customers within a casino environment? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relations Service Executive to join our team at SkyCity Auckland. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to enhance the gaming experience for Table Game and Gaming Machine players in both the Baccarat Room and Main Gaming Floor. This role requires a strong background in customer relations, with a focus on VIP services and compliance.
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role This is a full time (40 hours per week) role working on our SkyCity Auckland site in the CBD. Key roles and responsibilities for the role include:
Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the gaming experience.
Identifying and developing potential Platinum members for Table Games and Gaming Machines.
Building and maintaining customer relationships, developing customer profiles, and implementing contact strategies.
Mōu | About You To be successful for this role you will have:
Full understanding of compliance requirements, including Host Responsibility and AML.
At least two years’ experience in delivering and maintaining superior customer service standards, in a VIP Gaming environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to use initiative and work without supervision.
The ability to speak a second/multiple languages (preferably Chinese/Mandarin, Thai or Korean)
Over 20 years of age with a good credit history.
Available to work a range of shifts across a 24/7 roster
