Key responsibilities include supporting managers in employment related processes, responding to HR queries, preparing employment-related documentation, and supporting our wider People & Culture team. You’ll collaborate closely with People & Culture Business Partners to maintain consistency, share insights, and support proactive P&C projects and change initiatives.

This is a full-time opportunity covering Parental leave for 6-8 months, based at either our Auckland (Penrose or Manukau) offices, or our Hamilton (Te Rapa) offices.
