Te tūranga | The role:

We have an awesome opportunity for a Customer Specialist star to join the friendly team at our North West, Advice Centre.

As a Customer Specialist, you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from Customers. ASB offers innovative online offerings and you will help support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions and options available to them.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week, on a flexible roster including weekends. Due to customer requirements we are ideally seeking someone who speaks Mandarin and or Cantonese.

We are looking for people who can build relationships, learn fast and respond quickly, and are passionate about providing memorable customer experiences. Your ability to educate customers on our digital and self-service channels will be both rewarding and satisfying. Confidence in learning our offerings and asking the right questions will ensure you are tailoring personalised solutions for customers.
