Responsibilities
Transport goods and materials to various locations in a timely and safe manner
Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs and receipts
Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members
Respond promptly to road incidents and emergencies as needed
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups
Requirements
Valid Class 4 and 5 HT licence with a clean driving record
Confident operating at 18 speed manual road ranger gearbox
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver
Strong understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws
Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including trailers and trucks
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and climbing
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
