- In order to be considered for the role we are looking for people who have
- Previous Property Management
- Clean drivers licence
- Great time management
- Proficiency in Palace PMS, TPS and Tapi (preferred)
The role entails
- Inspecting properties
- Handling maintenance requests
- Landlord and Tenant liaison.
- The ability to time manage and carry out work in an efficient manner is vital.
- Duty of care and striving to do well are two main characteristics we are looking for.
- Letting responsibilities which involve meeting prospective tenant and processing applications completion through to the tenancy agreement stage.
- Flexible working hours to meet job requirements
