Job Description

Are you a reliable and experienced Class 5 Driver with a current Dangerous Goods (DG) endorsement? Join our clients team and be a crucial part of transporting goods safely and efficiently from their yard in the Matamata-Piako district, to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Class 5 truck - container and flat deck
  • Handle shipments involving dangerous goods with utmost care and adherence to safety standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Maintain clear communication with the team regarding schedules and shipments.


Requirements:

  • Current Class 5 License and DG Endorsement.
  • Proven experience in driving Class 5 trucks.
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Clear background check to meet compliance standards.
  • Flexibility with work hours based on shipment schedules.
