The Role:

The Cloud Solution Specialist is a key technical leadership position, managing complex projects and problem resolution. Strong technical, communication, and organisational skills are essential, along with flexibility and a focus on customer service. You’ll technically lead projects and deployments using your expertise in Windows, networking, Office 365, Modern Work, VoIP, and related technologies. Frequent after-hours/weekend work is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective customer interaction and service delivery.

Skills & Experience Required

  • At least 5 years of IT experience (Senior Support or Engineer) with proven ability to technically lead projects, manage customer expectations, and allocate tasks. Experience in the Primary Health sector (Medtech, Indici, MyPractice) is a plus.
  • Advanced technical skills and experience in providing escalation support, leading complex problem investigations, and managing technically complex projects (both remotely and on-site).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for effective collaboration with customers and internal teams, along with proficiency in creating technical documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion with attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly, think critically, and work autonomously under pressure. A positive, dependable, motivated, and adaptable attitude is also expected.
