About the role
We are seeking 2 great receptionists for part- time roles at our stunning Gulf Rise village, located in Red Beach. Reporting to the Assistant Village Manager, you will provide quality and timely reception and administration support which enables effective service delivery for our residents, staff, and visitors.

We are seeking someone who brings enthusiasm and passion for customer service to our village and to be the first point of contact for residents, staff, contractors and visitors. This role is pivotal to ensure a 'welcoming' atmosphere at our village reflects the service standards we excel at. Both roles include working weekends, so flexibility is essential.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Professionally welcomes visitors and answers all calls and queries in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Ensures the Reception area is kept neat and tidy.
  • General administrative task & support to the team in general.
  • Monitoring all relevant Health & Safety issues


About You
You will have had previous experience in a similar role and understand how first impressions certainly count. You are a team player with a positive and welcoming attitude, and you always go 'above and beyond' in all you do. You have excellent 'all round' admin and computer skills, performing tasks accurately and efficiently. You have a can-do attitude and are happy to put your hand up to help when needed. Professional but friendly, you will become the source of knowledge for all things at the village.
