Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) is working with this well respected and established construction management firm. They have been successful winning a number of negotiated projects in the islands and 2025 is looking strong. Therefore with their current team already busy they are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to the team.

This firm has built their excellent reputation through the people within the company. They have decades of experience in the construction sector and continue to win work across the islands. With a particular project in mind, they require a Project Manager who also has the ability to get involved and take this scheme to completion.

Having been chosen to join the team it is vital that you are committed and your work is to the highest standard. What you put into this role is what you will get back. The opportunities to stay and establish yourself within this company are excellent, with other exciting projects on the horizon.

Ideal requirements for these positions include:

  • Relevant Construction qualifications
  • 8 - 10+ years experience min
  • Commercial build background (e.g. Hotels, New Build, Design & Build)
  • Design and Sub contractor co-ordination
  • Strong technically with software packages
  • Well-presented and professional attitude
  • Strong people skills at all levels from site, senior management, client
  • Commercially savvy
  • Project Management Skills that have been put to the test!


With these commitments and others coming to the forefront this is a position the client is keen to fill and they would like to have someone start as soon as possible. But with the time of year, a Q1 2025 start will work.
