Job Description

Are you an organised, detail-focused professional with a passion for quality, health, safety, and environmental standards? We’re looking for a QHSE Administrator to support our team and ensure our compliance processes run smoothly.

The Role:

Play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of quality, health, safety, and environmental standards within the organisation. This position focuses on ensuring compliance, assisting with administrative tasks, and helping to maintain a safe and efficient working environment for all staff. Duties include but not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support for operations, quality, and safety functions, including document control, minute-taking, and action follow-ups.
  • Support health, safety, and environmental compliance through incident management, audits, reporting, and certification updates.
  • Coordinate and prepare for key meetings, including scheduling, agenda distribution, and room setup.
  • Assist with health and safety initiatives, including policy updates, procedure reviews, and the distribution of training materials.
  • Maintain training records, coordinate external training bookings, and support health initiatives like health checks and vaccinations.


Skills required:

  • Prior experience in business communications/administration – memos, minutes, reports, document control etc
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Windows (Excel, Word. PowerPoint and Outlook in particular), able to pick-up the company’s accounting/project management systems (Procore & Aconex)
  • Keen eye for detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive people person with a can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile
  • Capacity to work independently to get things done
