About the Role:
As a key member of our kitchen team, you’ll be responsible for:
✅ Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering supplies
✅ Overseeing food quality at every stage, from preparation to presentation
✅ Collaborating with Managers, third parties, and staff on food preparation
✅ Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures with the ability to train junior staff if required
✅ Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
✅ Ensuring strict adherence to hygiene regulations, understanding and complying with local rules and regulations and updating any documentation relating to this
✅ Training and mentoring kitchen staff (where required)
✅ Freezing and preserving foods as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Formal culinary qualifications OR at least three years of relevant experience
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
A passion for delivering top-quality food
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

We require someone with some skills in South American/Spanish cuisine, use of BBQ, Grill, Paella making and excellent knife skills.
