Job Description

Ray White Papatoetoe are currently looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join their successful team and help take their achievements to new heights. Your role will be varied, with new tasks and challenges each and everyday. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to experienced Property Managers, as well as ensuring the smooth running and continued growth of the rental department.

More specifically, your role includes (but not limited to)

  • Assisting the Property Managers workload
  • Undertake Accounting, administrative, marketing tasks
  • Constantly seek and improve systems and processes for the office
  • Maintain the office to a Professional Standard
  • Conduct offsite Property inspections


Our ideal applicant will have previous experience in Property Management, be highly motivated and have the confidence to represent Ray White to its clients and be an active member of the overall business growth plan.

While previous experience preferred but not essential, we're looking for someone with the desire to 'take the bull by the horns' in implementing further success in our business. Future progression into a Property Manager with your own portfolio is available.
