As a Print Room Operator, you’ll manage day-to-day engagement with teachers, handling requests for print and digital materials including booklets, pamphlets, programmes for theatre productions, sports events, and various school-related documents. You will be required to ensure timely completion of tasks, all while maintaining high standards for branding and design quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality digital and print materials to meet various educational needs.
  • Engage with teachers to receive job requests and manage SLAs for task completion.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all printed and digital materials.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a proactive and adaptable approach.


Skills and Experience:

  • Print industry or graphic design background is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
