Our job as recruiters is about people and key relationships, so your client account management skills will be crucial as you build existing local and national client relationships along with reigniting old non spending customers, ensuring they receive our award-winning service and support in meeting their recruitment needs.
There is only a small amount of new/ cold BD as we have an extensive client database. On top of this, we provide a true work life balance with no after hours or weekends as our recruitment support team will take care of everything – music to any consultant’s ears.
Key responsibilities include:
- As these are 360 recruitment roles, you will manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from initial client consultations, advertising, sourcing, and matching exceptional temp or perm candidates to roles. But don't worry our award winning technology make this a seamless process!
- Client account and candidate on the job management. We deal with all industries and a diverse range of clients and candidates from across the globe.
- Weekly site visits, toolbox meetings and candidate care visits area ll part of the job.
What we’re looking for:
- A great attitude. You will be a team player with drive and energy for success. We multi task and manage multiple functions so being organised is a must along with a clam nature. ( Leave any drama at home )
- A minimum of 12 months experience in recruitment (Not HR) or sales-based account management.
- A can-do attitude that likes to high achieve. (We have uncapped commissions structures and great employment perks that comes with career development) and a team player with honesty and integrity in all that you do.
- Good computer skills, and technology savvy person with clear communication skills both written and verbal.
- A minimum restricted driver’s licence, must have the rights to work in NZ, be drug free and clean criminal history.
